Our Sterling facility opened in 2017 and offers expansive seating, multiple dining options, a private events space, and outdoor beer garden. We produce wine and cider in Sterling as well as beer, and offer our low intervention wines and ciders along with our regular offerings. In addition, we serve fresh baked biscuits and fried chicken for brunch at Daybreak Kitchen, tacos at Señor Ramon Taqueria, and cocktails, wine, and guest beers at Nectar Cocktail Bar. We offer new beer release every Friday, Trivia on Thursday nights, Karaoke Friday nights (voted best in Loudoun County) and live music Saturday nights!
